Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 lime
salt
pepper
1 Roma tomato
Tapatio or some type of hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Get the avocado cut into the bowl and smash lightly with a fork.
Cut the tomato into small pieces and put in the bowl.
Get the lime squeezed into the bowl.
Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
As an option, add Tapatio or Tabasco sauce (a small bit).
Enjoy with chips or by itself.

10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers (not peeled) diced
1 large tomato diced
5 pitted Kalamata olives (pitted)
Italian parsley (small bunch) finely diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon or lime squeezed
1 teaspoon of paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Spread hummus in plastic container.
Prepare salad using ingredients above, small pieces & fine chops.
Spread salad on top of the hummus in a layer.
Time it takes to prepare:
1 hour 10 minutes
Ingredients:
3 to 4 potatoes
1 package of party wings
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Lemon salt mix
Garlic salt mix
Instructions:
Line parchment paper in oven container.
Get oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Peel potatoes, wash, and cut in wedges.
Mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon salt, and garlic salt (all ingredient to taste).
Cook for 1 hour.
Run errands while the meal is cooking.
